NOTE: It is one ticket per person. If you’re booking an additional ticket for a friend, please book the second ticket in their name. Any duplicate bookings will be cancelled.

About This Session

This is a chilled social run, no one gets left behind! We'll split you into groups after the warm-up as follows:

Group 1 running at around 10 mins per mile / 6:15 per km; and
Group 2 running at around 11:30 per mile / 7:08 per km.
Group 3 running at around 12:30 per mile / 7:46 per km

We also have a Couch to 5K group on Wednesdays who are building up to 5k with walk/run intervals. Sign up for that is via a separate ticket.

Important Information

By booking a place, you confirm that you are fit and well to participate in running and exercise.
If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before attending.
If you feel unwell during a session, stop exercising and inform the session lead.
If you need to leave early, please let the session lead know.
If you have any special requirements, please inform us in advance.

Photography

We have a roaming photographer capturing moments from our sessions to help promote the club. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organiser at the start of the session

What is Tooting Run Club (TRC)?

Tooting Run Club (TRC) is a free community running programme for beginner and intermediate runners aged 18 and over. We are a UK Registered Charity (1213800) and our aim is to encourage more local people to get active by providing a safe and supportive environment to exercise. Training with us can help improve your fitness, enhance your running times, introduce you to new people, and support your overall well-being.
