For six weeks, we’re running fun, friendly, and really useful sessions thanks to NHS support, together with Wandsworth’s Children Hope Forever.
It’s a chance to meet other women, share experiences, and hear directly from local health experts about everyday women’s health issues.
What You’ll Get Out of It
Expect plenty of great tips and conversations, including:
- How to ease Painful Periods
- Ways to handle Mood Swings
- Info on HRT and natural remedies
- Support available for incontinence … Plus lots more!
We’ll keep things lively with Arts & Crafts, Exercise, Games, Mindfulness, Videos, and Other Creative Activities to make it all enjoyable.
Where It’s Happening
All sessions are at the welcoming VCS Hub Meeting Room, in Wandsworth Town Hall where you'll find tasty drinks and healthy snacks (with a cultural twist) to keep you fuelled.
