About this Event
Your toddler has you up at the crack of dawn, and you’re stuck without much to do until businesses open at 9:30 or even 10:00! Not anymore: this 7am class is for the early risers! Plus, Bleri's Bearnery Cafe serves coffee, smoothies, pastries, and fruits so you can enjoy breakfast while your little-one creates-or order a snack to go for wherever the day takes you after art class!
Steam Engines Learning Company teaches enriching classes for toddlers up to five years old. These laid back classes celebrate all the mess, noise, and silliness that comes with having little ones around! This parent-and child (or nanny, grandparent, or other guardian!) art class is meant to help develop your child’s motor and social skills, along with building their confidence and creativity. Class includes two crafts and a story time.
S.T.E.A.M. Stands for Science, technology/ tools, engineering, arts, & math. Read below to learn why S.T.E.A.M. based activities are so important and how they are integrated into my lesson plans.
It's said that categorizing, sorting, and comparing items help toddlers begin to see the world like scientists! Creating and recognizing patterns are some of the first ways your child begins to think about math, and working with plenty of patterns may help your child more easiy understand math concepts as they get older.
