So what is this Park Yoga class?
Park Yoga
This class will begin with a progressive vinyasa flow, followed by slower movement and stretches led by Will Tan and Heinok Fan. As we move, through the hour, we’ll shift into a progressive yin yang yoga flow designed to challenge our body and mind, while maintaining a mindful focus. Variations will be offered throughout the class, allowing you to practice at where you feel good and align with our ethos of making movement accessible as we move as a community. We hope that this awakening, empowering and uplifting Sunday morning practice will provide the perfect culmination to your weekend and a grounded start to the week ahead. Not all good things have to come to an end.
This collaborative Park Yoga class is also a very special one to us at TNN, as it will be our last class in the near future that will be led by our Move Partners lead Heinok. To celebrate this special moment, she will co-teach alongside fellow yoga instructor, friend and TNN Move Partners volunteer Will Tan. There will also be baked goods (baked by some lovely TNN volunteers) and hot tea after class, so please feel free to bring along your own F&B utensils to have a few bites whilst mingling after class.
Please note we will be hosting this class at Tamar Park, a 5-minute walk from the Admiralty Station, exit A. We will begin at 10am so we advise you to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class starts. The class will be an hour long, primarily taught in English that can be supplemented in Cantonese by Heinok.
Consent will be asked at the start of class for permission of participants to be filmed for TNN social media content. Please let Heinok know in person on the day either before or when asked in class if you would not like to be filmed.
Looking forward to seeing you all!

Will
Over the years, Will has practised with many teachers and taught numerous classes since 2011. He remains true to the traditional practice of yoga – bringing harmony to the body and mind through the breath. As a teacher, he believes that while physical practice is important, we shouldn’t let the asanas distract us from finding peace and acceptance from within. Will teaches with light-heartedness and genuine love for sharing from his many years of practice.
