We gladly invite you to renew your experience and understanding of the Transcendental Meditation technique with us on February 12th at 9am.
A Refresher is a comprehensive, single-session review of the four-day TM course, including the do's and don’ts of how to meditate correctly; an understanding of the many experiences that can occur during TM practice; questions and answers about personal experiences; and a relaxing group meditation. The refresher lasts about 1.5 hours.
***Anyone who has learned TM is welcome to attend.***
