Please join TLC on Thursday, October 9th, 2025 for our one-day annual conference hosted by Temple University.
This year's theme will be Resilience in Action: Advancing Digital Access in Uncertain Times.
Timed to coincide with National Digital Inclusion Week, the conference will feature guest speakers, breakout sessions, and more.
This year's theme centers on resilience in our organizations, our networks, and our communities. We will highlight the many ways that the digital equity community is meeting the current moment and how we can grow and strengthen our networks in the face of uncertainty.
Fragrance-Free Space
Out of respect for other attendee we ask that you refrain from wearing fragrances such as cologne and perfume at this event.

Parking and Transportation Information
TLC is not providing parking for this event. Limited street parking is available, and Temple University does operate parking garages.
The venue is in walking distance of the Cecil B. Moore station on the Broad Street Line.
