About this Event
Join The Beautiful Barrow Litter Pickers as they will be taking part in Barrow's Tidy Town Fest through their regular Saturday litter pick, but this one will be extended so they can clean up the whole of Abbey Road.
This is a great chance to make a visible difference to one of Barrow’s main routes and show what community action can achieve when we work together
What To Expect:
- Meeting time will be 11:00am.
- Meeting point on Abbey Road is to be confirmed
- Volunteers will head out along Abbey Road litter picking
- Finishing time will be 13:00pm

This festival is all about restoring civic pride, supporting cleaner streets, and celebrating the groups and individuals who work year-round to make Barrow a place we’re proud to call home. By taking part, you’re helping create a town that supports walking, wheeling, cycling, gathering, socialising, and celebrating — a town that feels good to live in.
