We're turning up the heat and the heart rates with Love at First Strike — a high-energy kickboxing session for 75 Atlanta singles who'd rather break a sweat than swipe right.
No experience? No problem. This class is beginner-friendly — Vesta Fitboxing's coaches will walk you through every combo, so whether you've never thrown a punch or you're a regular in the ring, you'll feel right at home. Expect guided combos, bag work, partner drills, and a playlist that keeps you locked in from the first jab to the final bell — all while surrounded by other Atlanta singles who aren't afraid to get a little sweaty.
And yes... there might be a moment when you're glove-to-glove with someone who makes your heart skip faster than the warm-up. 👀
But the fun doesn't stop when the bell rings. 🔔
Right next door at Chiringa on the Beltline, we're hosting a post-workout social mixer to close out the night. Grab a drink, grab a bite, and keep the conversation going with everyone from class. The hardest part? It's literally next door — so you have zero excuses to skip it.
