About this Event
The camera doesn't lie. But it does interpret.
And if you don't know how to give it what it needs—the right angle, the right energy, the right story—you won't get the shot. And you won't get the booking.
Through The Lens - Get That Shot is a 2-hour intensive masterclass designed to transform how you work in front of the camera. Whether you're shooting high-fashion editorials, commercial campaigns, or e-commerce lookbooks, you'll learn the posing techniques that make photographers want to work with you again.
Led by London-based model coach Maxine Griffiths, this hands-on workshop breaks down the art and science of posing. You'll discover how to read a brief, interpret a photographer's direction, adapt to different brands and aesthetics, and most importantly—how to bring life and authenticity to every shot.
This isn't about memorizing a handful of poses. It's about understanding why certain poses work, how to adjust in real-time, and what photographers and clients are actually looking for when they review your book.
By the end of this masterclass, you won't just pose better—you'll think like a photographer.
