About this Event
WHAT?
Step away from the busyness of life and join us for a guided Therapeutic Nature Walk. Experience a restorative morning designed to help you decompress, reconnect, and simply be.
Moving gently through greenery, you'll be guided through simple mindfulness practices that anchor you in the present moment - calming a busy mind and easing the mental fatigue that builds up from everyday life. Light, mindful stretching is woven into the session to release tension held in the body, with no fitness level required and no prior experience needed.
This isn't a walk to a destination. It's a walk back to yourself - taken one breath, one step, one moment at a time.
