Therapeutic Movement & Tea: A Weekly Workshop for Connection

Join us Monday evenings for 55 minutes of restorative, therapeutic movement designed to support your fascia, nervous system, and joint health, helping your body feel more resilient and at ease. Each class ends with a herbal tea gathering, giving you space to rest, connect, and reflect.

What’s included: Mats, tea, and cups. Just bring yourself! Feel free to bring a friend or hopefully make a new one :)

Sliding scale $20–$30. Payment info (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal) will be sent in your confirmation email after booking. If cost is ever a barrier, please reach out through my website, I’m happy to accommodate.

Spaces are limited; if you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, I kindly ask for payment so someone else can attend.
