The theme for May is- navigating GLP-1s for health and wellness professionals.
We are delighted to welcome our very own Gaby Richards as guest speaker for May, a registered Nutritional Therapist and founder of River Nutrition.
This month's talk explores how GLP-1 medications are rapidly reshaping the health and wellbeing landscape, far beyond weight loss alone. Designed for a broad range of professionals, from fitness and nutrition to therapy and coaching, it will unpack how these medications influence appetite, behaviour and body composition, as well as the real-world experiences clients are having.
With many individuals accessing GLP-1s privately and often with limited support, the session highlights the important role practitioners still play in supporting clients. The aim is to provide practical insight so professionals feel more confident working in this evolving space.
