There is a place within you that exists before all of it.
We live in a world that asks us to rise, improve, perform, and shine. That treats stillness as laziness and the quieter, heavier parts of ourselves as something to fix, suppress, or overcome.
Most of us have spent years at war with those parts.
The grief that never fully moved. The tension that never fully left. The emotions that had nowhere safe to go. The body that learned to hold everything in silence because the world kept moving and there was no time to stop.
The Wave is an invitation to lay down those weapons.
Because those parts of you — the ones you have been carrying, fighting, or hiding — were never your enemies. They have been trying to get your attention. Holding messages you have not had enough stillness to hear yet.
This first session is an introduction to the body. A return to your inner environment. A chance to become aware of what is actually living inside you — without judgment, without fixing, without the need to change anything at all.
Through breathwork, guided meditation, sound, and deep presence — we gently lower the noise of the mind until the body can finally be heard. Your guide Yaleny shapes the entire experience in real time — responding intuitively to the energy alive in the room.
When we create enough quiet. Enough safety. Enough breath.
Those parts soften. They stop screaming. And in the silence that follows they begin to speak.
Not to hurt you.
To help you remember.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering what has always been here.
