We carry so much in our hearts without realizing it. Not just pain — but tenderness. Longing. Gratitude. Grief. Love that has never found its way out. Emotions that never had a safe enough space to move through us the way they needed to.
This session creates that space.
Not to fix anything.
Not to heal anything.
Not to become anything.
Simply to feel.
Through breathwork, guided meditation, sound, and deep presence — we open the heart gently and intentionally. Your guide Yaleny holds the space in real time — moving with whatever emotion, energy, and truth is alive in the room that evening.
There is no agenda here. No destination.
Only an open door and enough safety to walk through it.
