The Northwestern Choir from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, Minnesota is among of the leading collegiate choirs in the Upper Midwest, devoted to the highest level of choral performance. Led by Prof. Sawyer for the past 30 years since 1995, the Northwestern Choir seeks to sing from the heart and to glorify God in every aspect of their music-making and life together. Their mission is to bring the light of Christ through God-honoring, dynamic, choral music in performances that span from tiny hometown musical venues, to schools and prisons, and in the greatest cathedrals and concert halls in the United States and Europe. This year’s program celebrates the Holy Trinity and the 1700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea and the crafting of the Nicene Creed in 325 A.D.
