The Sunday Slow Down
Pause before the week begins.
Join us for The Sunday Slow Down, a calming Sunday experience designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and reset before the week ahead.
The morning begins with gentle, grounding movement to soften the body and quiet the mind, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath designed to support relaxation and nervous system reset.
After the experience, guests are invited to enjoy a glass of bubbles and connection before easing into the rest of the day.
This gathering is intentionally small to create a relaxed and welcoming environment for rest and restoration.
Session Times
Two sessions are available:
9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Each session includes a 1-hour guided experience followed by 30 minutes to enjoy a glass of bubbles (Prosecco) and connection afterward.
Arrival & Check-In
• Doors open 15 minutes before each session for arrival and settling in
• Please plan to arrive early to allow time for check-in and a brief waiver before we begin
• The guided experience will begin promptly at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM
To preserve the calm environment of the experience, late arrival once the sound bath begins will not be permitted.
What to Bring
• Yoga mat
• Small blanket
• Pillow or cushion for comfort
• Water bottle
• Anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported during the sound bath
A limited number of extra blankets and pillows will be available in case you forget something.
What This Experience Is (and Is Not)
• This experience will not require or invite sharing
• You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels best for your body
• Rest is participation
This is simply a space to slow down, breathe, and allow your body to settle.
About the Facilitator
This experience is facilitated by Dr. Thomishia Booker, a licensed therapist, wellness facilitator, and mindfulness practitioner who creates spaces that support rest, reflection, and nervous system care.
Her work blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and restorative practices to help people reconnect with themselves and cultivate greater ease in their daily lives.
Optional Reflection Before You Arrive
You may want to reflect on one or two of these questions beforehand:
• What does slowing down look like for me right now?
• Where in my life could I soften, even a little?
• What am I ready to release before the new week begins?
No need to arrive with answers just curiosity.
A Gentle Suggestion
Hydrating well in the 24–48 hours before the event can help your body feel more comfortable during the sound bath experience.

After the session, guests are invited to enjoy a glass of bubbles (Prosecco) and connection before heading back into the day.
