About this Event
The Sunday Series is turning one!
Over the past year, this has grown into more than just a workout - it’s become a space where people show up for themselves, build strength, and move with confidence together!
To celebrate our one-year anniversary, we’re elevating the experience. This special edition brings together strength training and pilates - two disciplines that complement each other through control, stability, and intentional movement.
For this class, you’ll be guided by two of Toronto’s top instructors in their fields:
- Strength training, led by Cherise (@curatedbycherise)
- Pilates, led by special guest instructor, Cristal (@cristalialuga)
Each coach will lead a portion of the class, creating a seamless, full-body experience that challenges and supports you in new ways.
What to Expect
