Learn the fundamentals of baking a beautiful homemade pie from scratch in this fully hands-on class with Chef Maria Strazzanti.
Together, we will prepare a classic pie dough, learning the techniques behind a tender, flaky crust. While the dough rests, we will prepare a seasonal strawberry rhubarb filling, balancing sweetness and acidity in perfect harmony.
Once assembled, the pies will bake while guests enjoy a light snack and beverage. The aroma of freshly baked pie will fill the kitchen as we discuss tips for achieving consistent results at home.
At the end of the class, you will take your freshly baked strawberry rhubarb pie home, ready to slice and share.
