What to Expect: We'll start with a stroller sculpt (think your stroller is the barre!) workout led by Amanda DeRemer (@thestrolleredit) + connection & gifted goodies for all the mamas.

This stroller workout blends stretch, strength, and sculpting and is designed for moms and minis to enjoy together. If you are a pilates or barre sculpt girlie turned mom, this one is for you. Whether you’re newly postpartum or just craving movement with your little one, this is your invitation to connect ~ to your body, your mini, and like-minded moms.
