Join us for an elevated, open-air wellness experience on Sunday, May 3rd from 5:00–6:30pm at Sunset Ridge Park—where golden hour meets the ocean breeze, and the Full Moon in Scorpio sets the tone for release, renewal, and quiet transformation.

Curated for those who crave beauty, depth, and intention, this experience blends movement, energy healing, and sound into one seamless, luxurious ritual.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute Katonah-inspired yoga flow led by Anna Linsley—a sculpting, breath-led practice designed to open the body, regulate the nervous system, and bring you fully into the present moment. Inspired by Katonah Yoga, this flow merges structure with softness, leaving you feeling both grounded and expansive.

As the sky softens into dusk, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Reiki-infused sound bath led by Grace Gangitano. Layered frequencies and subtle energy create a full sensory experience—designed to calm the mind, reset your energy, and bring you into a state of effortless stillness.

Set against the backdrop of the coast, under the rising full moon, this is where luxury meets ritual.
