About

Paige is a Accredited Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer based in East London, passionate about achieving your health and fitness goals with ease and not missing out on the good stuff!

From a young age, Paige’s relationship with food was strained, believing she couldn't eat what she wanted and like her goals were too hard to reach.

It wasn’t until she recognised what HEALTH meant, and became educated on how nutrition and movement could really transform ones body, that she finally realised enough was enough.

With a focus on creating abundance, Paige works with a variety of clients looking to get strong and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Jordan (She/Her) is a London based sound healer and yoga teacher, who has a deep belief in the healing quality of sound. Beginning her journey by incorporating it into her yoga classes, she is now a gong practitioner hosting sessions at studios, workspaces & festivals.

Jordan is passionate about educating people on the mental and physical benefits of sound healing and on a mission to make it accessible to all.

*** Please note that Gong Baths are not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, who have stress induced epilepsy, suffer from certain extreme mental health problems (such as sound triggered PTSD), or who have pacemaker.
