The Biggest joy for musicians (apart from actually getting paid), is to be able to "spontaneously" make music with other musicians. And that is exactly what the Spontaneous Combustion Blues band is all about: No rehearsals allowed. The Frontmen/women must each bring 5 songs to the gig, and then they each get 1 minute to explain to the rest of the band (and the audience) what he/she would like them to contribute to the song! They start the song, and the rest of the band joins and see how much “magic” they can create.
It is "seat of the pants" kind of fun that rubs off on the audience and makes them part of the creative process.

And we have an AMAZING line-up for this show: Blues-guitar master Wayne Pauli (guitar & vox), co founder and one of the finest exponents of acoustic blues guitar and vocals, Dale Collins (guitar & vox), the Rock legend from McCully Workshop, Rupert Mellor (piano & vox), one of the most sought after bassists in the country, Rob Stemmet (bass), the rock solid Pieter Heyns (drums) and blues junkie and founder of the band, Jurg Human (MC, guitar & vox)
