There is a particular kind of tired that sleep does not fix.
It lives in the shoulders, behind the eyes, somewhere just beneath the surface of a perfectly managed life. It is the residue of moving fast in a world that rewards output over presence... and it shows up in the skin, in the breath, in the quiet moments when the body finally stops performing and starts speaking.
The Somatic Lounge was created for that moment.
On Sunday, April 26, Lotus Flower Om Apothecary opens the doors to an intimate afternoon reset rooted in scent, movement, and the quiet intelligence of the body. From 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta, we are holding space for a small group of people who are ready to feel something shift.
No yoga mat needed. No prior experience required. Just you, in something comfortable, ready to exhale.

- Capacity: Limited; intentionally so
- Attire: Athleisure or loose, comfortable clothing
- Admission: Suggested dination but not required
- Early Arrival Bonus: The first 10 guests to arrive will receive a mini bouquet and curated gift bag to take home.
The suggested donation model exists because we believe access to nervous system care should never be a privilege. Give what feels aligned. All are welcome. As a token of gratitude, contributions will be gifted back to one lucky attendee in the form of a gift card.
The Somatic Lounge is a curated wellness experience born from the vision of Symphony Lyricist, founder of Lotus Flower Om Apothecary. Rooted in Atlanta, we partner with intentional brands to curate intimate gatherings where like-minded people come to recover, discover, and reconnect. In a season where the noise is loud and the pace is relentless, The Somatic Lounge exists to answer a quieter call... to rest on purpose, and to remember what the body already knows.
