Got a story to tell? Whether you’re preparing for your first stand-up set, a full solo hour, or writing something completely different, Heather Kondak Ross will help you understand the Shape of Stories.
Heather Kondak Ross is a Scottish-Canadian writer, researcher, editor and performer based in Edinburgh. Along with creating award-winning shorts and sketches with her comedy group Get Your Goat Comedy, she’s just adapted her first feature length film. She's written and performed for the 2025/2026 cohort of Scotland’s Story Platform (★★★★ - The List) and co-produces the Very Important Panel Show. As a script editor and lecturer, she's worked with novelists, comedians, and filmmakers to make their work shine, including Krystal Evans' Hottest Girl at Burn Camp. She’s written, produced and performed for CBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 4, OutTV, and Montecristo Magazine. She holds a Masters in Screenwriting with Distinction (Edinburgh Napier) and a Bachelor of Journalism with Honours (University of King’s College).
