Take part in our new educational collaboration with Gabi Gazzola: a unique class series to develop your sensory awareness and bring a new level of mindfulness to your yoga practice. Each class will focus on a different sense, exploring how it can influence and enhance your experience on and off the mat.

Sensory-Focused Sessions: Each class is dedicated to one of the five senses, with tailored yoga sequences, meditations, and pranayama (breathing exercises) designed to enhance your sensory awareness.

About the Teacher: Gabi is an experienced Hatha Yoga Therapist, author, and Pranic Meditation Master Teacher. After saying goodbye to her law career and selling her Law Firm in Brazil, Gabi received a post-graduate degree in Yoga, Human Consciousness, and Alternative Therapies from Haridwar, India. Gabi recently moved to San Francisco and is excited to share the holistic yoga modalities with the local communities.
