Meet the leader
Debz Wright is a plant identification expert and passionate advocate of using science to broaden our understanding of our local environment.
Debz moved to Dunoon in 2023 after falling in love with the area and its natural beauty. Archaeology, conservation, crop sciences and art, Debz has an eclectic work background. She is skilled in surveying natural and human-made habitats for the presence or absence of flora and fauna and helping people to understand how we can share our spaces with the plants and animals that rely upon them for their survival. Debz runs Green Guard Crop Assessments and is a keen artist.
