About this Event
Together we’ll explore how yoga and meditation support nervous system health, brain function, psychological well-being, and even cellular and genetic processes. You’ll learn science-based insights alongside simple, profound techniques you can use to support physical and mental health in everyday life.
Featuring three speakers:
- Sujantra, a teacher of meditation for over 40 years, will explore modern physics, quantum mechanics, and yoga philosophy through humming, chanting, and guided visualization.
- Steph, a Yoga teacher and women circle facilitator, will share research on the nervous system, and practical tools drawn from her training in Organic Intelligence.
- Sergio, a scientist of stem cell research in regenerative medicine at UCSD, will discuss the cellular and genetic effects of meditation practice.
Open to all—no prior experience required. Come experience where ancient wisdom meets modern science.
