What to Expect:

The Samadhi Experience is a guided journey through dissolving self-identity into pure awareness. In Savikalpa Samādhi the mind is conscious only of the Spirit within; it is not conscious of the exterior world. The body is in a trance-like state, but the consciousness is fully perceptive of its blissful experience within. This immersive experience is meticulously designed to cultivate pure presence, guiding you toward profound inner peace and self-realization. Each element of the session interweaves to release deep-seated tension, align the body and mind, and facilitate a state of conscious tranquility. Join us to explore the depths of your being, reconnect with your inner essence, and awaken to a heightened state of awareness.

We use tuning forks, and listen to the sound of the ocean that guide the brain into deep theta and delta states, facilitating a Samadhi-like meditative state. We incorporate breathwork techniques, like progressive pranayama, Anapanasati and Kumbhaka to deepen the meditative absorption. Also, we add gentle somatic movements & yin yoga to release tension before deep meditation, to then focus on spinal alignment (especially in padmasana or siddhasana) to optimize energy flow. We also include Yoga Nidra as a prelude to entering a conscious deep rest state leading to Samadhi.
