This interactive practical and Q&A session will offer easy-to-apply training insights for runners of all levels.
Stephen will share expert guidance on how to structure your training and get the most out of every session, including:
- Key runs to incorporate into your training
- Interval sessions that actually work
- Understanding base, build, peak, and taper phases
- Injury prevention, strength & conditioning, and recovery
- Footwear choices: plated vs non-plated, weight vs stability, and shoe rotation
- We will follow the Q&A with a coached interval session in St James's Park, giving you the chance to put what you’ve learned into practice.

- 7:15pm – Easy jog over to St James's Park
- 7:30pm – Time to put it into action with an interval session
- 7:50pm – Cruise back to Run and Become
