The Runner Masterclass Series: Plantar Fasciitis

Dealing with nagging foot pain that you suspect is plantar fasciitis? Is it keeping you from hitting mileage like you want? This one is for YOU!

In this first installment of the Runner Masterclass Series, we are addressing plantar fasciitis: what it is, why it happens and what to do about it. We'll approach this from both a clinical and runner's standpoint to get you back to running comfortably. (we know you don't want to stop running so that won't be the suggestion!)
As a special treat, Sacramento Running Company is leading a 3mi run prior to the masterclass so come at 8am, lace up and log those miles before relaxing with us and learning about how to resolve that foot pain.
Our masterclass is interactive: which means you WILL be moving your body during this event! Tests, mobility work, and corrective exercises are on the agenda so come wearing clothes you can move in.
Snacks and drinks will be provided.
