WHAT IS THE DAY ABOUT?
We offer Londoners a kind-of sanctuary to begin to slow down, tune to the body's wisdom and tap into sacred space.

This is an opportunity for Londoners to dance, be themselves, dive deep, have fun, release stress, connect with their body, and stretch themselves beyond their usual way of being.
This is a deep dive journey creating a ritual space for the day. Feel free to attend the whole day or just drop-in for single workshops. No experience necessary.
During the day you will have the chance to dance and dive into a selection of some very beautiful and unique movement & connection practices.
