Join us this spring for The Return - a breathwork journey to help you reconnect with your body, your breath and yourself.
Your breath is always there, moving in the background of everything. In this session, we work with a connected breathing pattern - bringing the breath to meet your experience, exactly as it is.
As you breathe, you may start to notice sensation more clearly - areas of tension, warmth, emotion or subtle shifts in the body. There’s nothing you need to analyse or change, just an invitation to stay with what’s there and let the breath guide you.
Absolutely no experience needed! Just come as you are and allow the breath to lead you back to yourself.
Conscious connected breathwork is a guided practice where you breathe in a continuous, connected rhythm. You may experience waves of energy, deep relaxation or emotional release during the session.
About Me
I’m Lily, a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath) and trained meditation teacher (British School of Meditation). My approach to breathwork isn’t about chasing peak experiences. While powerful moments can arise, I believe the real healing lives in the quieter moments, when we meet ourselves exactly as we are, sit with what’s uncomfortable and learn to soften around it.
My sessions are crafted to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing and deep rest. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to listen, feel and gently reconnect with yourself.

Zen Yoga is a lovely, intimate venue, a 9 minute walk from Denmark Hill Overground Station. Denmark Hill station is easily accessible from central London, with regular direct trains arriving from Victoria, London Bridge and King’s Cross St Pancras.
Before You Book
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a potent practice and may not be suitable for everyone. Please read the following contraindications carefully. This session is not recommended if you have:
- Delicate pregnancy
- Diagnosed bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
- Cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure
- Detached retina or glaucoma
- Brain or abdominal aneurysm
- Epilepsy
- Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions

- Loose, comfortable clothing
- An eye mask (optional, but recommended for a deeper experience)
Aftercare
The beauty of breathwork is that so much of the benefit is in the integration. So, if possible, schedule in time for rest and quiet reflection after the session.
