You can just be.
Join us on Sundays, once a month, for a practice of rest. Nothing directed, no distractions, no phones, no performing. We will hold sacred space for rest and presence. Be with us. Sit or lay down. Daydream. Meditate. You can just be.
Know before you go:
- Please bring things for your resting comfort, as desired– pillows, blankets, etc. We will have a limited number on site to support as well.
- We will have a phone check – leave your phone at home or in the car, or we will gently (and securely) store it onsite with our phone usher.
