What to Expect
In a world where expectations of manhood are constantly evolving and often conflicting, The Refinery: Forged by Fire offers a transformative space for men to pause, reflect, and redefine what it truly means to lead, live, and love well.
Join the All Hart Foundation on Friday, October 24 for an immersive experience is designed for men of all ages and backgrounds: fathers, sons, brothers, husbands, leaders, entrepreneurs, and change agents, ready to confront the silent battles, unlock their potential, and step fully into their purpose.
We’ll tackle the conversations that often go unspoken but sit at the heart of who we are: building wealth while managing pressure, prioritizing wellness without stigma, showing up as fathers and leaders, and embracing identity beyond outdated definitions of masculinity.
Through dynamic panel discussions and meaningful connections, we’ll explore the five core pillars that shape modern manhood: Wealth. Wellness. Fatherhood. Identity. Leadership.
It’s time to redefine strength—not as stoicism or silence—but as the courage to grow, heal, lead, and rise.
Join us for:
- Real, unfiltered conversations from men who’ve lived through the fire
- Tactical strategies to build generational wealth and legacy
- Tools for emotional wellness and mental health
- Insights on leading from authenticity, not ego
- A brotherhood of accountability, vulnerability, and power
This is not just another event. It’s a movement of men who are done performing and ready to transform.

The Refinery was developed by serial entrepreneur and community leader Gary Hartfield to serve as a safe space for conversation, support, and healing for all to engage. It is more than an event; it's an opportunity to "refine" mindsets and create solutions. From social justice issues and disproportionate COVID-19 illnesses to systemic financial and political struggles, the quality of life for Black Americans' was stifled by these challenges.
