• Max 2 people per session (duo encouraged – bring a friend, partner, or family member) This is a safe, women-only or couples-only space.
• Full experience: 60 min Soul Flow + 20–30 min relaxing infrared sauna
• Optional: Yoga-only (60 min, no sauna)
