Similar to Transcendental Meditation (TM), Primordial Sound Meditation is a mantra-based form of meditation and your mantra is the vehicle to take you to greater stillness.In this Six Session course (75 min) you will learn:

Meet Megan Dittman:
Megan Dittman is a certified Chopra Institute Meditation Instructor (with over 350 hours of training) and CYT-200 Yoga Practitioner, working towards her 500-hour certification here at Wilmington Yoga Center. She is also a practicing Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). A graduate of Cornell University's Masters program in Labor Relations, Megan spent over 20 years in Corporate Human Resources developing and training talent at some of the world's largest organizations. Now, as the Founder of Front Goose Wellbeing, she continues to work with individuals and corporations to translate practices of wellbeing into leadership effectiveness.
