Join Us at The Pelvic Wellness Pop-Up!
Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or years into parenthood, this session is for you. There is no “too early” or “too late” when it comes to pelvic health. Babies are absolutely welcome — feed them, hold them, let them nap — come as you are.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Gentle, functional movement to support your core and pelvic floor
- Breathing strategies to reduce tension and improve connection
- Education on common concerns like leaking, heaviness, back/hip pain, and return to exercise
- Simple, practical tools you can start using right away
This is a gentle, supportive yoga class — an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and build confidence in your body, guided by a pelvic health Physiotherapist and registered yoga instructor.
Come connect with other parents, ask questions, and leave feeling more informed, supported, and empowered in your recovery and beyond.
All stages welcome. All bodies welcome. No pressure — just real-life support.
What to Bring: Yoga Mat and Water Bottle
Event Flow:
- Gentle yoga movement class (30 min) – prenatal safe, poses will include your baby if you’ve brought them!
- Productive rest, Q&A (15 min) – stay for some treats and chat with our event hosts!
Plese Note Ages: prenatal - pregnant, postnatal - come when you’re ready! Anytime generally after 4 weeks is safe for yoga, but listen to your body and healthcare providers.
