6. Your acknowledgement of the media release form is compulsory for confirmation of your slot and attendance.

Refund Policy:

• If a participant withdraws less than one (1) week before the event, event credit will be forfeited, and no refund will be given.
• In the event that GaiGai cancels its event, there will not be a deduction of event credit.
• Unclaimed events/workshops are non-transferrable and will not be refunded.
• Any refunds made will incur a 10% admin fee from registration fee.
