Are you feeling the weight of the "Sandwich Generation"? Between navigating the evolving moods of growing teens and the shifting needs of aging parents, it’s easy to feel stretched thin. We call this "The Squeeze"—and this Lab is your space to breathe.
This is a reflective and experiential full day workshop designed for those who give so much of themselves to others. This isn't a lecture; it's a "Lab" where we experiment with tools to help you shift from being the family "fixer" to being a steady anchor.
What to Expect:
Guided Reflections: Map out your personal “Squeeze” Points in a safe, supportive environment.
Practical Tools: Learn self-regulation techniques to stay steady during the "squeeze".
Community Connection: Connect with others who understand your journey.

Investment:
- Standard: $80 (Worth $180)
- Early bird (sign up by 28 Feb 2026) : $50
- Buddy Rate (sign up with a buddy) : $140 for 2 pax (save $20)
Venue: The Japanese Association, Singapore (Note: This is a shoe-free zone)
What to bring: Your own notebook & pen, a pair of non-slip socks, sweater or shawl, water bottle
