Step into The Painted Realm: an afternoon designed for slowing down, creating freely, and indulging the senses.
Set within an atmospheric, romantasy-inspired venue at the wonderful Waterstones Deansgate, this sip & paint experience invites you to explore your creativity without rules or expectation.
There’s no step-by-step guidance, just a relaxed, beautifully styled space where you can paint at your own pace.
Whether you arrive with a clear idea or simply follow the mood of the room, you’ll have everything you need to create something uniquely yours.
✨Optional inspiration will be available, along with gentle support throughout.
As you paint, you can enjoy a curated afternoon tea featuring a selection of sweet and savoury bites, thoughtfully presented to complement the experience and themed drinks to choose from.

Come alone or with friends, this is your space to switch off, connect, and spend a few hours in a world that feels just a little removed from the everyday.
Terms & Conditions
- Events will only go ahead if a minimum of 5 tickets are sold. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
- Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event start date, unless the event is cancelled by us.
- All materials are included in the ticket price unless stated otherwise.
- Health & Safety: Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or access requirements.
- Children must be supervised at all times during family events.
- Please be kind and respectful to others. We reserve the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately, without refund.
- Be Wild Creative accepts no responsibility for any injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of participating in our workshops.
- Gloves and aprons will be provided where necessary.
- Please note that some equipment or materials may be small or loose and could pose a choking hazard, particularly for young children.
✨ Afternoon Tea – Terms of Indulgence ✨
As part of your time in The Painted Realm, a curated afternoon tea will be served to indulge the senses while you create.
- Dietary Requirements: Please share any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking, or no later than 72 hours before the event. We will always try to accommodate where possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
- Allergies & Ingredients: While every care is taken, we cannot guarentee an allergen-free environment. Those with severe allergies attend at their own discretion.
- Seasonal Shifts: The afternoon tea selection may vary slightly depending on seasonal ingredients and availability - each spread is thoughtfully prepared but may differ at each event.
- No Spell Changes on the Day: Due to the nature of preparation, we’re unable to make changes or substitutions to afternoon tea orders on the day of the event.
- A Gift of the Realm: The afternoon tea is part of your overall experience and holds no separate monetary value. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded if unclaimed.
- Late Arrivals: Should you arrive after the tea has been served, we cannot guarantee availability. The experience will continue, but this element may be missed.
- Cancellations: Afternoon tea is included within your ticket and follows the same cancellation and refund policy as the event booking.
