The Norm

‘The Norm’ is an annual fitness fundraiser dedicated to advancing Ovarian Cancer awareness and research. Held every year, two weeks before Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month in September, participants come together to honor survivors, remember loved ones, and challenge themselves both physically and emotionally. A portion of every entry fee goes directly to a vetted ovarian cancer research organization

Inspired by my grandmother’s courageous battle, this first event of many is not just a workout—it’s a celebration of strength, community, and hope. Participants will race against the clock in a high-impact fitness challenge—cardio, kettlebell swings and more—and record their completion time on our “Wall of Strength.”
