About this Event
The Next Move Workshop is not a panel and it is not a class. It is a live working session designed for Black professionals, creatives, founders, and visionaries who are ready to get clear, get aligned, and move with intention.
On April 11 at Skewed Orbit, The Black Establishment invites you into an experience built around one goal: helping you leave with momentum. This workshop is for people who are building something meaningful, navigating a season of growth, or trying to find their next right move without burning themselves out in the process.
Throughout the afternoon, attendees will move through a thoughtfully curated experience designed to help them learn, reflect, work, connect, and commit. From the moment you walk in, the energy will be warm, intentional, and community-centered. This is a room full of people creating, scaling, healing, becoming, and stepping into leadership in real time.
The workshop will feature powerful sessions from dynamic speakers who each bring a distinct lens to the conversation.
Dr. Raquel Hammonds will lead a session inspired by Nothing Pretty, exploring the process of becoming and what it really means to grow through uncertainty, discomfort, discipline, and self-trust. This conversation is for anyone in the messy middle of building a life, brand, business, or identity that feels true.
Arica Ratcliff will guide attendees through a practical conversation on social media strategy, visibility, and influence. Her session will focus on how to position yourself with clarity, create content with purpose, and turn online engagement into meaningful opportunities.
Dr. Brittney Autry will bring the conversation home through a wellness-centered session on balance, sustainability, and what it looks like to care for yourself while building as a Black professional. Her session will remind attendees that growth without grounding is a fast track to burnout.
In addition to speaker sessions, guests will engage in reflection prompts, mini action exercises, and connection moments designed to help them identify what they are scaling, define what success looks like for this season, and name the people, support, or strategy they need next.
By the end of the workshop, attendees will leave with:
a clearer path to scale, practical tools they can use immediately, and a stronger connection to The Black Establishment ecosystem and community.
This is where inspiration meets action. This is where clarity gets practical. This is where becoming gets real.
Come ready to learn, work, connect, and commit.
