The New Year Unfolding Sound Bath, is an invitation to begin the year with presence, care, and community.The beginning of the year can be a moment to pause, listen, and awaken what wants to unfold.

This is a deeply nourishing sound bath for rest, reset and deep inner listening- inviting an gentle, embodied awakening. Rather than striving toward goals and resolutions, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and reset — allowing clarity and inner guidance to arise naturally.

Through the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, where reflection, rest, and new beginnings can gently take shape.
Space is limited to maintain an intimate and supportive environment.
Advance registration is encouraged.

What to Expect:

  • Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: layered tones to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind
  • Guided Breath Work & Somatic Meditation: simple practices to invite grounding, presence and awareness
  • A Peaceful Setting: the serene Ballet BC studio on Granville Island, perfect for reflection and renewal

What to Bring:
Please note that yoga mats are provided

  • Two blankets for comfort
  • Pillow or bolster (optional)
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing for rest

No experience is needed. There is nothing to achieve — only space to receive.

Tianne is a somatic and restorative yoga teacher, sound healer, and yoga therapist, passionate about guiding people into deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, she creates immersive experiences that cultivate inner peace, balance, and connection. With over two decades of experience working with students, private clients, and executive teams, she's seen firsthand how intentional relaxation transforms lives—enhancing presence, clarity, and overall well-being. Whether through sound baths, meditation, or restorative yoga, her goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and experience true rest.
