About this Event

This gathering is an invitation to slow down and return to the body through Ifugao Tinungur Qi Gong, tea meditation, and flute sound healing.

We begin with Ifugao Tinungur Qi Gong—an earth-rooted, meditative movement practice inspired by Indigenous Ifugao traditions. Through slow, intentional gestures and mindful breathing, participants are guided into embodied awareness and inner listening. Movements are gentle, accessible, and adaptable to all bodies.

From movement, we transition into a guided tea meditation. This simple ritual of warmth, taste, and attention invites the nervous system to settle and the senses to open.

The gathering concludes with live flute sound healing. Breath-led melody and vibration support rest, integration, and spacious awareness.

This is not a performance or workout, but a quiet, intentional space to arrive as you are.
