This evening we welcome Chris Beale Chris is a chartered psychologist coach and workplace mental health specialist working in private practice. In addition to the therapy and coaching work he helps organisations create psychologically safer workplaces through consultation and workshop facilitation.

Instead of the pressure to “sell yourself” what if networking could just be about curiosity connection and shared opportunities?
Most people are daunted by the prospect of networking. It can feel awkward intimidating or just exhausting—but does it have to be this way? This short talk will explore the psychological barriers to networking the reasons why people generally struggle and what you can do about it.

Buy your drinks at the bar (on the ground floor) before joining us in the room and let's enjoy getting to know each others.
Timing (approximate)
- 06:30 pm Start drink & nibbles purchased from the bar on the ground floor bring with you to the room networking.
- 7:00 pm all participants have the opportunity to introduce themselves briefly (i.e. 1-2 minute). Such as: "Hi I am J-F Professional with Public Relations Catering Consultancy & Events experience. I get people together and make it happen!" Short and sweet is always best and guests can ask you questions afterward.
- 07:30 pm Talk and Q & A
- 8:00 pm Dinner - choose and pay for what you want at the bar in the brasserie on the ground floor please book in advance so that I can book the table(s) others can remain in the room or join us at the bar.
- 9:30 pm Carriages
Members: Free
Non-Members: £15 (£20 at the door)
