About this Event
You’re tired, but your mind doesn’t switch off.
You move through your days, but rarely feel fully present.
This experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset in a way that actually lasts.
🌿 Guided nature experience to help you reconnect and reset
This is not a workshop. It’s not a walk.
It is a guided experience that helps you step out of constant doing and back into awareness.
You’ll be gently guided through a series of simple sensory invitations — practices you can return to in your own time, whenever you need to slow down and reconnect.
There’s nothing to achieve here.
Just a space to notice, feel, and be.
🌿 What to expect
– Gentle grounding and breathwork
– Sensory invitations (sight, sound, touch, smell)
– Moments of stillness and reflection
– Guided meditation in nature with a body scan
– A closing tea ceremony with seasonal or foraged blends
Sessions are held in small groups to allow a more personal experience.
🌿 Why it works
Most of us spend our days overstimulated and disconnected from our senses.
Spending intentional time in nature has been shown to reduce stress hormones, support the nervous system, and restore attention and focus.
When combined with gentle, guided awareness, it helps your body shift out of stress mode, allowing your mind to settle and your system to reset.
Many people leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded - as if they’ve stepped away for days, not just a couple of hours.
🌿 Who this is for
This experience is for you if:
– your mind feels constantly busy, even when you try to rest
– you find it hard to slow down, or don’t quite know how
– you move through your days on autopilot, without really noticing
– you feel disconnected — from yourself, your body, or your surroundings
No prior experience needed.
