Join us for our next monthly walk On 16th May 2026! This month we will be at Kew Gardens!
Whether you're a avid walker or just starting your health journey, this event is perfect for you. Our walks are an opportunity to connect, disconnect from technology and get the steps in!
Agenda:
- 10:15am - 10:30pm: Registration
- 10:30am - 11:30pm - Walk, explore & group activities
- 11:30pm- 12:30pm - Close and connect
Meeting point: Victoria Gate Entrance to Kew gardens
What to expect:
- A friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Average walking pace (No one will be left behind)
- You can bring picnic items if you need
- Children and young people are welcome but bear in mind we want to stick together!
- Please wear comfy footwear and comfortable clothing
- Please bring water with you on the walk
Who are we :
Rebuild Health is a not-for-profit aimed at getting the black community moving their way. We understand the long term health impacts for this community and are working to change this by supporting the community to move!

We will be filming or take photographs (including flash photography) at the event. Such films or photographs may be used (without limitation) in publicity and marketing materials (including our website). If you do not wish to appear in such films or photographs, then you should notify us prior to the event via email ([email protected]), or in person at the event registration in which case we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that you do not appear in such films or photographs.
Remember all money from ticket sales goes back into supporting the community to get more active.
