About this Event
Week 1 will focus on assessing your current level of self-perception and clarifying your personal objectives for the course. Participants will explore their existing beliefs, thought patterns, and behavioural tendencies to establish a clear and honest starting point for growth and change.
Week 2 will explore relevant theories, processes, and practical techniques that can be safely applied to help participants move forward from past negative experiences.
Week 3 will focus on developing emotional intelligence. Participants will learn how to recognise and regulate lower emotional states and intentionally cultivate more constructive, supportive emotions that enhance wellbeing, resilience, and overall health.
Week 4 will examine how to bring awareness to the aspects of consciousness that drive unwanted habits and behaviours. Participants will gain insight into the subconscious patterns that sustain negative cycles and learn strategies to interrupt them.
