This is your invitation to join us in sharing moving ideas about who we are while moving our bodies as part of this unique performance art workshop with artist Soso Ni Cheallaigh.

The floor will be all yours to move freely in whatever way you like during this experimental workshop/collective action.

This event is open to the public, and is part of our Express Yourself Social Cafe, a project for adults for the learning disabled community. You don't need to bring anything with you but an open mind.
