This is not your standard drop-in yoga class.
The Master Class is a 2-hour immersive experience designed to take you beyond the surface of practice and into the full arc of yoga as a living system. Rooted in the core pillars—breathwork (pranayama), movement (asana), philosophy, and meditation—this offering creates space to explore the deeper potential of your practice.
Through intentional sequencing, guided breathwork, and integrated philosophy, you’ll move through a complete arc designed to build strength, awareness, and inner resilience—physically, mentally, and energetically.
This is where yoga expands beyond the “box.” Where practice becomes more than movement, and community becomes part of the experience.
Open to all levels, with thoughtful progressions and modifications throughout.
